2014 Valor Takeover by Cavanaugh

Valor found itself in the unenviable position of having its advisory board poached by a rival PMC; revenues dried up and public opinion went sour. In 2014 billionaire Gregory Cavanaugh bought the PMC and immediately installed his own advisory board. Several high-profile contracts followed, and Valor was quickly back on top.

2015 SVER Founding

The growing instability in Central Asia drove Priya Khan to form a new type of Private Military Company. Khan populated SVER with the best assassins, mercenaries, and street-warriors she could find, recruiting heavily from Central Asia’s criminal underworld. This was a true “people’s army” that would do anything for its cause.

2017 Raven Founding

With public support for a war at an all-time low, “peace contractors” became the best option for government organizations looking to protect their interests. Billionaire Antoine Jeannette saw an opportunity to create a PMC whose focus was utilizing the most advanced vehicles, armor, and weaponry that money could buy.

2021 SIRSAT

The Sino-Indian-Russian Strategic Alliance Treaty (SIRSAT) was signed in 2021 as a non-aggression pact between China, Russia, and India. It was signed in hopes of preventing a complete global meltdown in a world devastated by plummeting currencies, food shortages, and depleted food supplies.

2022 ETO Created

The European Treaty Organization (ETO) was formed in the aftermath of SIRSAT. Its formation was the final nail in NATO’s coffin as most European nations had already withdrawn. While other nations suffered economically, the ETO continued to prosper with nations across eastern Europe and Central Asia applying for membership.

2023 UC Created

In 2023, the ETO began development of the European Missile Defense System (EMDS). This was met with loud opposition across the globe and ultimately led to the United Kingdom’s withdrawal from the organization. The UK then joined the United States, Canada, and Mexico in a new treaty organization: the United Coalition (UC).

2024 Millennium Peace Accord

The Millennium Accord sparked a new hope for peace by putting severe restrictions on troop deployments and limiting standard force size. With governments unable to deploy troops to certain regions without violating the Accord, a thriving market for professional soldiers emerged.

2025 Shadow War

The Shadow War is the secret conflict waged by the "big three" PMCs: Raven, SVER, and Valor. As the factions vie for financial dominance, they strike out against one another in unofficial battles that are fought without the knowledge of the general public.
